What we try to do on places we visit other than visit the views, is to try their unique local food.🍽 In the process, we meet locals and sometimes the food’s origin and stories behind them. 😄 . . For this picture, this is a local food called Kiping from Camiguin, made from dried sweet potatoes, grounded, mixed with water then fried. Its a thin, crispy food delicacy that we bought near the famous Cold Springs. The best part was it was drizzld with "latik", a sweet caramelized coconut sauce but not too sweet.
