Had our share of more than 4hours of travel back and forth for a 15min processing of government documents. Its only 16km one way. I also filed for a leave just to manage the traffic. I don't know but this process in the government seems so inefficient. . . Talking about government or baranggay, this picture is like the barangay hall or town halls in Sagada.
