This year, the local news did highlight the fewer number of people that were injured by fireworks versus the numbers last year. I think it was due to the new resolution that was recently passed thar only sparkler types of fireworks would be allowed for sale. This seems to be effective as it was very hard to find fireworks on yhe last 2 weeks of December, though I was able to get a hand of a few sparklers like this fountain. 😁 . . Our January was full of challenges and opportunities from the Lord. Opportunities to grow and get out of our comfort zone but totally see how God works in very mysterious ways that will leave you in awe. Although my fireworks in this picture were only short lived due to the new regulations applied for fireworks by President Duterte, God's fireworks of blessings and grace are much more beautiful to watch. . . .
